Dear partners,
in Malmö I promised you to have a look at the project evaluation which we will work on in Odense. Attached you will find some questions which might prepare you for this task.
click here to see the document with the questions:
In Odense we are started planning for the meeting in the end of september, and we now have an idea of how the programme will look like.
We arranged a reception at the City Hall to start the meeting, a visit at a governmental councelling center, lots of work on the project, an alternative programme for the students and of course some more touristic events during the days.
We reserved more or less an entire hotel next to school where prices are reasonable: Dkr. 540 (€ 72) for a single room and Dkr. 780 (€ 104) for a double room, both including breakfast.
Odense is located on the island of Funen, and it takes appr. 1? hour by train from Copenhagen. You either take a direct train from the airport (the opposite direction than last time to Malmö) or change train at Copenhagen Central Station.
Even though it might seem plenty of time until september I really would like you to give me an idea of how many of you, and especially how many students, we can expact. Getting these informations as early as possible will make planning so much easier. Especially during the summervacations which start (and finish) early in Northern Europe and later in the South.
Best whishes for a great summer
Heri

Dear partners,
summer in Denmark is on its end, work has begun again and we are started to think of our meeting in september.
May I remind you to give me an responce of how many people (students and staff) we can expect in Odense.
By now only Poland has answered. Unfortunately there will only be one participant from the University of Lodz.
I really appriciate to get an final answer from you within the next two weeks.
Best regards from Denmark
Heri

Dear partners,
enclosed you find the agenda for the Odense meeting. I still have not heard from Sweden yet, but by now there only will be 5 international students. We - and probably Sweden - will fill up.
Please consider already which dates might be useful for the Turkish meeting and the international workshop in Brussels, which will be planned in Odense.
Pedro, could you put the agenda on the Wiki?
Best greetings from Denmark
Heri
